What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work). What do the scents smell like?

You can find individual descriptions by clicking on each item but please see below:

Bay Rum: Bay Rum scent with soothing coconut afternotes.                                                            

Gentlemen's: Bourbon and sandalwood, *will not make you smell like alcohol 

Cigar: Rich cigar scent with vanilla afternotes                                       

Tequila Limon: Tequila aroma with lemon and lime afternotes. *will not make you smell like alochol.

Caramel Mocha: Caramel coffee scent with mocha afternotes                       

Head Hunter: Tropical aroma of  fresh grapefruit and pear, middle notes of peach and blackcurrant with a musky finish                                         

Pine: Pine and cedarwood                                                                    

OG: Citrus and rosemary. ***Please note the Original Balm is the same scent but with added eucalyptus                                                                                                                                                                                                Outdoorsman: Citronella                                                                  

Viking: Unscented, only the mild natural aroma of the ingredients used to make it. 

When will my order ship?:

We do our best to ship all orders the same or next business day, Monday through Friday, to ensure our customers receive their product ASAP. The cut off for shipping on Fridays is 12pm. If USPS is not open and running mail due to a national holiday or otherwise, deliveries will go out the next business day. We ship from Southern California.

What mail carrier do you use?

We ship all our orders using USPS.

How can I track my package/how long does it take?

Once a shipping label is created, you should receive a email from stamps.com with your tracking information; sometimes these emails get stuck in spam mail so be sure to check there if you don't see it at first. Once you receive this email, it may take several hours for the tracking number to drop into the system.

***Most orders in the US are received within 3-5 business daysWe are not able to give delivery estimates for international orders as it relies heavily on how long packages are kept in customs.***

Please understand that once we hand a order off to USPS, we have no further control over their shipping process or delays. If your package seems to have been mis-routed, please contact USPS directly. Their customer service number is 1-800-275-8777 in the event there is a delay or issue with delivery in the US however, feel free to reach out to us as well if your package has been delayed/shown no movement for a week or more. 

I live in a different country, how much will my shipping be?

Shipping costs are based off of weight and will be calculated before check-out. Please note as well that whatever taxes and duties your country charges for importing our product will still apply. 

I live in another country, are your prices in USD?

Yes, the total given is per the USD and you should be aware that your actual payment may be adjusted per your bank, credit card company or PayPal to reflect the currency exchange rates of your country.

Will your products make my beard grow faster?

While our product will not increase the rate at which your facial hair grows, they do contain several all-natural ingredients that help condition and promote HEALTHIER growth- which means less breakage and split ends that will result in your facial hair appearing longer and fuller.

I ordered the wrong size shirt/wrong scent, can I return the product?

You can contact us within 30 days to return or exchange merchandise for the before mentioned reason but we do not cover the cost of return shipping if the item was not incorrectly fulfilled due to an error on your end.

I purchased a poster with my order but have only received my product, what gives?

All posters are sent separately in poster tubes via first-class mail as to not be damaged or bent in transit.

Our shirts are 100% cotton, pre-shrunk and printed on AAA Alstyle Apparel & Activewear shirts.
